I’m fairly certain that you did a double-take. “Camera equipment for horse riders? I’ve never heard of such a thing.” While it’s a niche market, let’s not forget that content creators come from all sorts of backgrounds.
If you’re looking to document your jaunt with Seabiscuit, the Pivo Pod Equestrian Edition pack doesn’t require a second pair of hands. Meant for vloggers, documentarians, students, and teachers, this nifty gadget auto-tracks your movement to ensure the perfect shot.

Meant for photographers and filmers, this bad boy is powered by an AI, which tracks your every movement. It’s designed to work in crowded areas, so you don’t have to worry about losing focus.
Equipped with editing features, the Pivo Pod Solo Creator Edition is basically Adobe Premiere Pro and a DSLR camera rolled into one. It currently retails for $386 instead of its usual $485.

But it really doesn’t matter what background you have, as Pivo products are catered to those who want to get serious with photography and filmography. While relatively affordable compared to Hollywood-grade equipment, it’s still quite an investment for customers new to this type of profession.
Pivo Reviews: What Do Customers Think?
Unless you’re fine filming on a potato, a decent set of camera equipment will usually retail in the hundreds. With that in mind, it’s best to conduct some research into potential brands. Fortunately, I found dozens of positive Pivo reviews online. I’ll kick things off by featuring ratings for some of their bestselling products.

Ideal for solo camerawork, it seems that Pivo equipment is a worthy investment. Creatives are keen to voice their recommendations on the brand’s website, especially for the Pivo Pod, which proved to be indispensable for capturing the perfect shot:
“I’ve only used my Pivo twice to record myself riding my two horses, and so far I’ve been able to see how myself and my horses are performing in ways that I haven’t been able to do until now. Really happy with my purchase.”

“When I first saw this gadget, I was not so sure about the smoothness it offered. I have seen so many tripods that stutter as you turn them. If that is the case with Pivo, I would have been pissed off. But luckily, the motorized action is so smooth that you won’t notice any stutter in the video.”

Is Pivo Legit?
Thankfully, I found a small number of negative testimonials to include in my Pivo review. According to a few reviews on Trustpilot and Amazon, some buyers experienced damaged equipment and manufacturing defects with their camera mounts.
Others detailed frustrations with the brand’s customer service, returns policy, and shipping policy. Again, the number of negative comments paled in comparison to the number of positive ones online.
Is Pivo Worth It?
Pivo is a great brand to consider if you want to get serious with photography or filming. I don’t necessarily recommend them for first-time content creators, as their equipment does require basic knowledge in setup.
Convenient and relatively affordable, Pivo gadgets take away some stress associated with camera work and editing. All in all, I can confidently recommend this brand to any would-be creatives who want to step it up a notch.
