Like most things in life, the better you take care of your Luvme wig, the longer it will last. Typically wigs can stay in great shape for 1-2 years with proper care, but you need to ensure you are washing, drying, and storing your wig the right way, otherwise, it will not.

What is LuvMe Hair’s Shipping Policy?
LuvMe Hair typically takes one business day to process your order. Here’s what you can expect in terms of shipping times and prices:
- USA/Canada/UK/EU (4-6 business days): $25 or free for orders $39+
- Everywhere Else (7-10 business days): $30
What is LuvMe Hair’s Return Policy?
Luvme is all about customer service, and at the end of the day, they want you to be happy with your order. For that reason, if you need to, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of payment if you have a change of heart. In the case that your order has passed that time, you will need to go through the returns process which I’ll outline here.
Luvme offers a 30-day return policy. If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, send an email to [email protected] and let them know and they will give you a return or exchange. How to apply:
- For defective or incorrect items, send an email with photos and information on the mistake.
- For all other items, be sure they are in brand-new condition with all of their original packaging.
- Their customer service team will reply in one business day.
- Package your items up and send them back.
- Email the tracking number and return receipt to Luvme.
- When they have received the items, they will let you know and process your refund or exchange in one business day.
Luvme doesn’t provide shipping labels and asks that you send your items back via USPS flat-rate shipping with a tracking number. Refunds take 3-10 business days to process. If your return is for any reason other than a defect or mistake on the brand’s part, a $20 fee will be deducted from your refund total.
