It can reach speeds up to 28 miles per hour and a maximum range of 55 miles if you pedal. That power is extremely helpful if you’re going uphill and need a little extra juice. It can help offset the load on your legs so you can actually enjoy the view once you reach the peak.
Folding Capabilities
Storing and moving the bike when you’re not using it is made easy thanks to the folding mechanism. The Tyson can collapse so it’s roughly the size of one of its wheels plus a little extra, so it can neatly fit under a bed frame or behind a door.
Dual Suspension
While riding the Heybike Tyson, you should feel at ease and in control because it has hydraulic suspensions on the front and rear wheels. This reduces bumps and turbulence caused by the environment and should give you consistent stability regardless of the incline, decline, or surface you’re riding on.
Safety

Materials
The Heybike Tyson is a single-frame e-bike made entirely from magnesium. For those unaware, magnesium is a good alternative material to carbon fiber, titanium, or aluminum. It’s lighter than the other materials so it’s easier to maneuver and control without hindering the bike’s performance. That’s to say that just because it’s light doesn’t mean it’s flimsy.
Additionally, magnesium has a great strength-to-weight ratio. Think of it like ants, who are proportionally strong as heck. Although magnesium is light, it can support much more weight per gram than other materials. You can see this by the fact that the Heybike Tyson can hold up to 400 pounds despite weighing less than 80 pounds.
Finally, magnesium is pretty good at resisting vibrations, so controlling the Heybike Tyson should feel smooth and silky, even on unfinished roads.

In this section of my Heybike Tyson review, I’ll run through the numbers and stats that make the bike special.
The Heybike Tyson can support up to 400 lbs and is suitable for riders between 5’3” and 6’3”. As such, everyone from short kings to Awesome Kong. The bike itself weighs 77 pounds.
Moving on from weights and heights, the Heybike Tyson uses a 48V 15Ah battery and a 48V 4A charger to bring it back to life within five hours. That means you can bike to a friend’s place, charge it for a bit, then return home without it dying on you mid-journey.
The battery can handle up to 55 miles on a single charge if you’re also pedaling, so you can see your friend living on the other side of a large metropolitan city without recharging.
And if you’re concerned about brakes then peep the bike’s hydraulic disk brakes. They offer plenty of advantages over rim or mechanical disk brakes, including the following:

- Less force required for the same result
Finally, let’s discuss the bike’s tires. I mentioned earlier in this Heybike Tyson review that these are fat tires, but it’s time to put “fat” into perspective. The bike’s tires are 20” by 4”, so they’re thick enough to handle most terrains without breaking a sweat. You shouldn’t break one either unless you’re doing all the pedaling yourself.
