Where is Laneige made? 

Laneige is made in South Korea. The brand’s headquarters are in Seoul, with the company having launched stores across Asia, the Middle East, Russia, New Zealand, and North America.

Is Laneige vegan and cruelty-free?

Despite their claims, Laneige isn’t a cruelty-free company. 

They posted in 2018 that all manufacturing would no longer be tested on animals but slid in a line at the end of the statement claiming, “Exceptions to this principle will apply however, if animal testing is required or bound by local governments or laws.” 

Their allowance of trials to continue in some countries undermines their statement of cruelty-free practice and therefore makes the claim false advertising.

What is Laneige’s Shipping Policy?

Laneige US ships solely within the US states and territories (that means you Puerto Rico!) with shipping times depending on the state you ship to. Longer shipping times to Hawaii and Alaska are warned, but other states should receive their packages in 2-7 days.

Worried about costs? Shipping prices can add up quickly. Laneige offers free shipping for orders over $50, but their costs for orders below that aren’t listed online.
