What is Five Below’s Shipping Policy?

Five Below only ships to residents within the contiguous US, which excludes Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and the US Virgin Islands. 

All orders are shipped using standard FedEx SmartPost or UPS SurePost shipping, and have a flat rate of $8, no matter how big or small your order is. Your order should arrive within seven business days, with the exception of holidays. 

What is Five Below’s Return Policy?

If you’re unhappy with your purchase or it is defective, you can return it at any time after you bought it. Best thing about Five Below’s return policy? You can return your item to any of their retail locations, even if you bought it online! 

If you want to exchange an item, it must be unopened. You can exchange it for another item that has the same value at any time. If you still have the original receipt or order confirmation, the company can refund you through the way you originally paid. 

To send your item back to the company:

2. The company will fill out a return order form and send it to your email.
