After writing my 1st Phorm review, I would say that it’s beneficial for anyone interested in maximizing their health and wellness.
Although powders and supplements are often advertised to people who hit the gym or compete in muscle-building competitions, it can still be beneficial to the average joe who’s interested in protecting and improving their overall health.
No matter your age or build, there is probably a powder or supplement that will target the part of the body you want to improve, whether it be digestive issues, your skin, and nails, or the strength of your muscles.
Or maybe you’re a writer of a 1st Phorm review and are being continuously reminded it’s time to get off your butt and start moving. Maybe that’s just me.
Comparison: 1st Phorm vs. IdealFit
1st Phorm isn’t the only protein and supplement company of its kind. IdealFit has similar products, but there’s one major difference between these two brands.
While researching for my 1st Phorm review, one of the first things I noticed was that 1st Phorm doesn’t just sell powders, they really are more of a complete lifestyle brand. Their app allows users to continue building relationships with the company beyond the point of purchase. They also have apparel available for purchase.
The prices are roughly the same, with IdealFit seeming less expensive on their website due to deals, but the servings offered are less than 1st Phorm, so the price evens out. I also enjoy the interface of 1st Phorm more than IdealFit. I found it to be more user-friendly and looks like more thought went into how their website reflects the perception of their brand.

Usually, I try to do a bit of digging to see a company’s negative reviews to understand the big picture, but 1st Phorm has almost nothing but raving reviews across the board. They also boast an A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau.
On Trustpilot, one user wrote: “I’ve ordered multiple times from 1st Phorm. The protein powder is amazing but the Collagen with Dermaval is exceptional! I received the wrong product a few months back and emailed the company. I actually received a call back (from an actual person) and the correct item was shipped out the very same day.”
