I will never buy from ASTR again. I purchased a dress from ASTR for my sister’s wedding through Facebook, as they were offering a coupon. I wound up exchanging the dress once and then ultimately returning it as neither size fit right. I then received an email response from one of the forms I had filled out and a new customer service representative seemed confused about how to issue a refund since it was a Facebook shop order and said he would work on it. I also contacted Facebook’s customer service for the shop and after several weeks of talking in circles with a bot I gave up trying to get in touch with a human. After dealing with all of this for over a month, I received this useless message from ASTR: “Due to a system error with our integrated Facebook platform, I am unable to process the refund to the original payment.” Now I’m out $170 because their customer service team doesn’t know how to do their job. Never shopping there again.
