To make a return or exchange, first, you’ll need to go to the Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code. From there, you’ll be sent a return shipping label that you’ll need to attach to the outside of your return package.
If you live near an Aviator Nation store, just locate your proof of purchase (receipt) and take it in person.
It usually goes without saying with apparel, but any items you’re returning or exchanging need to be in like-new condition, can’t have been washed, and need to have all of their original tags attached.
