On the topic of prices, I’m not entirely sure if customers are saving a lot of money by shopping at Farfetch than other luxury e-commerce retailers. Prices seem to be on the same level on sites like Net-a-Porter. However, it’s a good thing that Farfetch includes a sale outlet, where customers can get discounts of up to 60% off. The Second Life program is also a great way to put cash toward future purchases. In terms of customer reviews that dealt with receiving wrong orders, I would take a grain of salt ordering from them, especially when you are shopping from expensive luxury brands. 

Overall, Farfetch is a good website in terms of it’s massive collection of designer clothing. Customers can shop by their current aesthetic in fashion, or shop exclusively in the brand they like. I especially love that they have a ‘positively conscious’ category on their website, where customers can see what brands and styles are ethically and environmentally made. It’s tempting to order from their store in terms of the glowing customer reviews on fast shipping. If you are going to buy something as expensive as a Hermès bag, it’s only natural that you want it delivered right away.
