Additionally, FishUSA’s customer service team was also held in high regard for their willingness to help customers and their expertise.

Nuzzled in that FishUSA review were some kind words directed toward the company’s return policy. In the event of a defective product, buyers could either earn a refund or exchange their purchase with little to no hassle.

Another element that was frequently mentioned in FishUSA reviews was the brand’s speedy shipping. Now, this didn’t apply to every order (especially international orders), but I did read plenty of comments that spoke about receiving products not long after the orders were placed.
