The types of recipes in each are similar, but the Lean Muscle plan has larger portions. As for the menu, you’ll choose your favorites from a list stacked with the following options:

Flexpro Meals Meal Prep Box Review
You: like cooking and want the flexibility of assembling your own meals.
Meal Prep Box: super flexible. Allowing you to load up on single types of proteins, healthy carbs, and veggies, you’ll have control over the types of meals you make, but can have some extra help when wanted.
For example, you found some awesome fresh vegetables at the farmer’s market and are just looking to add some wild-caught salmon alongside for your dinner each night. Order up as many pieces of salmon as you like from the Meal Prep Box menu.
Now, this menu is a little more limited than the service’s main menu, but it still has a fantastic variety of proteins including fajita steak, cage-free egg frittatas, and different types of fish.
You can also pick your preferred carbs and veggies, giving you flexibility and control.
Looking for something sweet? Hit up the Power Bakery and add on tasty favorites like monster cookies and fudge cake bites.

Who Is FlexPro Meals For?
FlexPro Meals delivers healthy cooked dishes to your door making it easier to stick to a diet plan, lose weight, or build muscle.
Their meals feature simple ingredients and can be adjusted for some allergy requirements. Keep in mind that this is a meat and fish-heavy plan though. Vegetarians and vegans won’t have many options.
FlexPro Meals Reviews: What Do Customers Think?
Customer feedback will make or break a delivery company. Does their food taste good? Is it delivered on time? How do they handle customer complaints?
All of these questions are critical to understanding a company’s worth, and in this section of my FlexPro Meals review, I’ll address them.
First up, let’s check out some feedback from Trustpilot. There, the brand has a 4.6/5 star score and 1,846 customer reviews that break down like this:
- Excellent: 77%
- Great: 7%
- Average: 4%
- Poor: 2%
- Bad: 10%
One FlexPro Meals review on the page read, “I enjoy using flexpro meals! The meals taste delicious and the customer service is great! KATHERINE helped me out and went out of her way to adjust the entrees on my next meal box (even though it was something that I had to do on my own), and she would always respond in a timely manner. She was awesome!!”
It wasn’t just this comment that mentioned great customer service, or Katherine for that matter. Whatever you’re doing Kat, keep it up because customers really appreciate that you text back quickly and are a pro at resolving issues.
The next place I consulted for feedback was the Better Business Bureau. It’s not often that the BBB shows a positive rating—it’s usually a place people come to complain. But on FlexPro Meals’ profile, they have 4.54/5 stars and 267 comments. One read:
“Best macro-friendly meal prep service that I have found! Taste is great, always ships fast, and the customer service is quick and always helpful. [Customer Rep] has helped me in the past with updating my shipment dates so my meals will be here on time. Great company to order from!”
There seem to be a ton of folks who are pleased with the meals they get from FlexPro, but more so, the mentions of excellent customer service seem to be what makes them return. Let’s see if those same sentiments are found elsewhere.
On SiteJabber, the brand has just one comment, but it’s from a customer that awarded them 5/5 stars. The FlexPro Meals review read:
“I subscribed to the VIP plan and was a bit cautious at first about spending so much money. I was anticipating any issues about them but I have nothing but good things to say. My food was delivered right to my doorstep and they tasted so wonderfully amazing.”
FlexPro Meals has switched up their program a bit, so I’m assuming VIP means the 21 meals per week plan.
They’re right, at $178 it isn’t cheap, but it’s literally every meal you’ll eat that week, prepared, cooked, and shipped to your door.
The peace of knowing exactly what you’ll eat that week and that you’ll enjoy it is worth a lot. Overall, the feedback I found during this FlexPro Meals review was consistently high.
Is FlexPro Meals Legit?
Feedback is essential to this FlexPro Meals review, but as with any business, it’s never 100% positive. If it was, it would seem a little suspicious because mistakes happen no matter how hard you try to stop them.
While there are just over 100 negative FlexPro Meals reviews on the Better Business Bureau, the brand has responded to 100% of them, giving them an A- score.
It is safe to say that FlexPro Meals is definitely legit and given their score it seems they will also go out of their way to make sure you are happy.
Is FlexPro Meals Worth It?
It’s no secret that what we eat either assists our goals or delays them. With FlexPro Meals, you’re getting healthy, cooked meals delivered that totally take the pressure off and help you get to where you want to be.
Since meals are a big point of stress when dieting or eating for health, I can appreciate a company like this.
With a million and one meal delivery services out there, why choose FlexPro Meals? Because they’re tailored for health, made from simple ingredients, and have your macro needs in mind.
Many of the other best meal kit delivery brands offer kits you have to cook, and I get that’s not for everyone. With FlexPro Meals, all the work is done for you so you can concentrate on bigger things.
FlexPro Meals Promotions & Discounts
The more meals you get from FlexPro Meals, the more you save. In fact, if you choose 21 per week instead of 7, you’ll save more than $2 per dish.
