Garden Trading Reviews: What Do Customers Think?
It isn’t hard to fall in love with how these products look, but if I’ve learned anything about online shopping, it’s that there’s more to the process than meets the eye. To help you understand exactly what shopping with the brand is like, I’ve compiled Garden Trading reviews from customers around the web.
The first source we’ll check out is the brand’s official website. While there weren’t tons of reviews there, let’s still take a look at how customers rated their bestsellers:

Another shopper wrote: “Lovely traditional color and good quality for the price. Very happy with this garden set.” From both of those comments, you can tell they are well-built, come in beautiful colors, and are priced reasonably for their quality.

I like how Feefo shows scores for the past year only because honestly, so much can change with a company in a year. Overall, the brand has roughly 19k reviews there. One Garden Trading review read: “I was very pleased with the service from garden trading and the items I purchased which are very nice and good quality.”
That one is pretty basic, but nods at the other comments I saw on the brand’s website. Here’s one more about the Bistro Set in Grey: “We did get it half price in the summer sale but even full price it would be worth it. Good and sturdy unlike some other stores similar items and it folds away really nicely if required…great purchase and looking forward to using it more.”
Comments like these ones both provide insight into the kind of quality Garden Trading’s products have, but the last one tells of the functionality they possess as well. So with that in mind, let’s move swiftly along to one final Garden Trading review.

Part of my job while writing my Garden Trading review is to look out for red flags. I want you to know exactly what shopping with a brand is like, and that means the likelihood of experiencing issues.
While I did find a lot of positive feedback, there was more than one complaint about trouble with getting a response from customer service. Some shoppers reported never receiving a shipping confirmation as well. Those two things make up the majority of complaints across the net.
Its product quality is watertight as is the packaging. In many of the complaints, I read that Garden Trading honored their refund policy, so at least that’s something to feel confident in if you experience an issue.

When evaluating a company, I like to weigh the pros against the cons. Garden Trading has a lot of good going for it, which means that the handful of negative comments I read are important, but in the grand scheme of things, they don’t deter me from recommending this brand.
All things considered, I love the kinds of products they offer, their prices, and their quality. As do thousands of other customers.
