About LifeAID Beverage
Life, sports, and fitness are as much about activity as they are about recovery. Surprisingly, most people are pretty good at putting in the work; it’s the recovery that they need to work on.
However, as Rocky Balboa said, “But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done!”
Think of it this way: recovery is a skill just as much as shooting three-pointers is. Speaking of three-pointers, Kevon Looney, the center for the Golden State Warriors, may not shoot many of them, but he does take care of his recovery using LifeAID (boy, how’s that for a transition?).
LifeAID uses natural ingredients and sweeteners to create low-calorie, energizing drinks that can help you recover without dragging your innards through the trenches.
Aside from Kevin Looney, their team of sponsored athletes includes CrossFitter Sara Sigmundsdóttir and Derwin James from the Los Angeles Chargers.
Before you go out and buy a case for yourself, read through this LifeAID Beverage review to find out what the company is all about, what’s in their drinks, what flavors they carry, what customers think about them, and more.

Overview Of LifeAID Beverage
LifeAID is the brainchild of two fitness enthusiasts, Orion Melehan and Aaron Hinde. They weren’t nationally-ranked athletes or world-record holders; they were two men with busy lives who bonded at the gym.
They realized that there was a gap in the market for all-natural sports drinks that didn’t compromise on taste or ingredients.
That was back in 2009. Since then, they’ve formulated drinks and drink mixes that have sponsored the U.S. Spartan Race and USA Weightlifting.
Despite their success, LifeAID remains an independent brand, meaning that there are no mega-corporations influencing their decisions.
That alone is commendable, but there’s more to revere about this brand. The highlights section of this LifeAID Beverage review will tell you a bit more about the brand.

Besides their beverages, they also sell merchandise that allows you to show your appreciation for the brand. Though I won’t speak much about them in this LifeAID Beverage review, these products include apparel, water bottles, hats, and posters.
LifeAID Beverage Review
The beverages I’ve included in this LifeAID Beverage review are all part of their energy and recovery line. As such, they share a couple of characteristics.
First, every flavor costs $60 plus shipping for a one-time purchase of two dozen cans. Unless otherwise stated, every can of LifeAID only has 15 calories and 200mg of caffeine. This caffeine comes from natural sources like green tea.
While their calorie count is low, the drinks are nonetheless rejuvenating. They contain anti-inflammatories like turmeric, BCAAs, electrolytes to help you recover more quickly, b-complex vitamins, glucosamine, and omega-3s.
They’re also all free from artificial sweeteners like sucralose and aspartame, using natural calorie-free sweeteners like erythritol and stevia.
If you’re hesitant about some of those (since I know that some people don’t like stevia), allow me to speak from personal experience.
Stevia, when mixed with erythritol, has a smoother flavor and lacks the bitter aftertaste it’s infamous for. As such, it tastes much more like regular sugar.
Speaking of taste, let’s talk about the flavors of the drinks in this LifeAID Beverage review.

The LifeAID Beverage FITAID Energy®️ Clean Energy + Sports Recovery Mango Sorbet is the perfect drink to bring you back to life after a hard training session in the summer.

LifeAID Beverage FITAID Energy®️ Clean Energy + Sports Recovery Raspberry Hibiscus Review
Who would’ve thought that a poolside margarita would make a great flavor for a sports drink? LifeAID clearly did, as their LifeAID Beverage FITAID Energy®️ Clean Energy + Sports Recovery Raspberry Hibiscus takes that profile and allows you to enjoy it as soon as you step off the court.
What customers are saying: “Best recovery drink out there. Especially for those after an intense workout!”
LifeAID Beverage FITAID Energy®️ Clean Energy + Sports Recovery Peach Mandarin Review
Do you remember when, after your childhood soccer games, one parent would always bring out some oranges and freezies to snack on? LifeAID Beverage FITAID Energy®️ Clean Energy + Sports Recovery Blackberry Pineapple Review
A lazy fruit salad will have a few underripe cantaloupes and a slimy banana. A cultured fruit salad will have punchy blackberries contrasting with tangy pineapples.
You can guess which one the LifeAID Beverage FITAID Energy®️ Clean Energy + Sports Recovery Blackberry Pineapple looked to for inspiration, providing you with an exciting and complex flavor.
What customers are saying: “I’m a monthly subscriber. Love this product.”

LifeAID Beverage Reviews: What Do Customers Think?
How many sports drinks can you name off the top of your head? At least five, most likely. My point is that the market is crowded.
It can be hard to cut through the clutter to find out which ones are worth your money. While I’ve tried to fill this LifeAID Beverage review with everything you need to know so you can see whether these drinks are worth it for you, there’s no insight that’s more telling than what real customers have said.
Here are some LifeAID drink review scores from a couple of aggregate sites:
- TrustPilot: 4.8/5 stars based on more than 7,800 pieces of customer feedback
- Facebook: 4.8/5 stars based on more than 140 pieces of customer feedback
- Amazon: 4.6/5 stars based on more than 800 pieces of customer feedback on the LIFEAID Rainbow 24-Pack, FitAid, FocusAid, PartyAid, ImmunityAid Mix
Based on the raw numbers, it’s not surprising that most LifeAID Beverage review writers had plenty of good things to say about the drinks. Customers said that the drinks were great tasting and effective for fueling their workouts. Here’s one telling testimonial I found on the brand’s Facebook page:
“LIFEAID has been an incredible addition to my health and fitness. It’s really cool to be able to swap out my previous beverage choices for their products, which contain 100% clean ingredients and naturally sourced caffeine. My health has improved, and my gym sessions are much more enjoyable and impactful now that I’ve implemented their products into my routine.”
People also appreciated the fact that LifeAID uses natural ingredients, which most energy drinks and sports drinks are void of. Some customers, like this one, said that those natural ingredients made it easy to integrate into their lifestyle:
“I drink the FitAid after a workout, FocusAid if I need a little boost in my day, and LifeAid just to help me feel good, which all of LifeAid does! It makes you feel good and it has some of the best natural and organic ingredients I’ve ever seen in a supplement drink!”
I’ll also include the latter part of their testimonial because it highlights the products’ benefits for sensitive digestive systems:
Thank you for supplementing my lifestyle! I also want to add that I have Chron’s disease and the ingredients in these beverages really help with my symptoms and inflammation.”
Finally, many LifeAID Beverage reviews praised the brand’s customer service, which is always nice to hear. They said that shipping, delivery, and communication are all solid”
“I had a package arrive damaged. No questions asked or hassle; new package arrived a few days later. Always great customer service. I love the occasional free stickers/popsockets/lanyards as well. I’m really into this brand and like the merch,” wrote one buyer.
