It’s an interesting idea, but how does it work in practice? That’s what I’ll examine after I go through a couple of highlights about this service.

The best thing about LugLess is that once the process begins it’s as stress-free as a 10-day meditation retreat. Here’s the step-by-step breakdown that LugLess gives on their website:
- Book your shipment. Depending on what you want to ship and when you want to ship it, LugLess will find the most affordable rate through FedEx or UPS and send you a shipping label to your phone.
- Attach the shipping labels to your luggage.
- Send your bags out for shipment. You can either send them to a local carrier who will ship them or you can pay for someone to pick the bags up from you.
- Travel light.
- Arrive at your destination and reclaim your luggage at the agreed-upon pick-up point or at either a FedEx or a UPS location.
LugLess Drop Off and Pick Up
You can either bring your package straight to a carrier and send it from there, or you can pay an additional fee to have someone pick up the package from your abode.
