Luxome offers the LAYR Adjustable Pillow to go with their weighted blankets. Its firmness and height are adjustable for optimal neck support, so it’s not the average Joe pillow. I often switch up my sleeping position, so I appreciate features like this.

Washed it first thing as I do with all clothes or new blankets. Very lumpy. Instructions for how to lumpy creature back in outer sheet are not clear. Quantum physics is easier. You have to get flat, then tie it, then get the entire thing to fold over on itself, pushing it all through the six-inch zipper opening, then getting arms 5 feet deep to make sure it all gets to corners/edges. Deeper within their web site, it hints to spot clean more than machine wash. I can see why. Elsewhere on web site, it says beware of what it can do to your washing machine. If you never want to wash it, then go for it. If you like cleanliness, go with traditional blankets, and find other ways to get your comfort such as a massage partner, a puppy, or a foam roller.
