This contemporary womenswear brand caters to trendy core aesthetics such as Insta-baddie and streetwear. According to the company, they focus on providing a mix of vintage fashion and Californian thrift. 

Motel Rocks is quite active on social media, so it’s no surprise that its Instagram account boasts a hefty 1.8 million followers. Their clothing has also been featured in various media outlets, including the Metro, Elle, and The Sun. 

Those looking to vamp up their closet may find this brand a notable supplier. That said, do they really live up to the hype?

Motel Rocks clothing is meant for it-girls only. I’m talking about trendsetters, influencers, fashionistas, and go-getters specifically.

Basically, it’s the kind of fashion brand designed for main character types. From vintage satin slips to corseted tops, customers can find a wide selection of aesthetically-pleasing pieces that are meant to channel their inner protagonist. 

In terms of available categories, this brand offers swimwear, dresses, tops, skirts, jeans, loungewear, and more.

Let’s all say a collective thank you to Kim Kardashian. She’s partially the reason why we can wear lingerie out in public, such as the Coti Bodycon Dress in Black Rose Flock with Lace. 

This gorgeous number features a slim-fitted silhouette accentuated with floral applique. Offered with a sultry thigh slit, this Motel Rocks best-seller practically screams “come hither”. 

Since it’s made out of stretchy, velvety polyester, this outfit can do wonders in accommodating food babies. Best paired with a leather jacket and a set of chunky platform boots, the Coti Bodycon Dress in Black Rose Flock with Lace retails for $65. 

Motel Rocks Delray Bodycon Dress In Lycra Black Review

The Delray Bodycon Dress in Lyrca Black is designed to make your Insta-baddie dreams come true.

The cut-out details paired with the criss-cross halter neck straps are definitely something that Kylie Jenner or Kim K would wear. Cut with long sleeves and a mini crop, this number would make for a fabulous clubbing set during the cold season. 

If you’re not a fan of black, then you’ll be happy to know that the $57 Delray Bodycon Dress in Lycra Black is also offered in cobalt blue, forest green, ultraviolet, and more.

They also offer a great selection of tops and bottoms to choose from. In this section of my Motel Rocks review, I’ve rounded up a few notable contenders that are sure to level up your wardrobe. 

Motel Rocks Zoven Trouser In 90’s Zebra Black And White Review 

Funky in print, the Zoven Trouser in 90’s Zebra Black and White pants are definitely on trend. There’s a good chance that you’ve seen these bottoms floating around on Instagram or TikTok, as they’re typically paired with Y2K-style clothing.

With a high-rise silhouette and a subtle bell-bottom cut, this number does wonders in accentuating your waistline and legs. Great for any night out.

Care for some styling tips? If so, I recommend pairing these $78 Zoven Trouser in 90’s Zebra Black and White pants with a simple crop top and a leather jacket.

Plus, this number is made out of stretchy cotton and elastane, so you don’t have to worry about stiff fabrics here. 

Ideally styled with high-rise jeans and cowboy boots, the Giwta Crop Top in Black is available for a friendly $36.

Out of the dozens of Motel Rocks dresses on their website, the Paiva Dress is considered one of their more timeless designs.

This jaw-dropper features a cowl neckline, a slim fit silhouette, spaghetti straps, and an open back for added breathability. It also comes with a nifty ribbon tie to help accentuate your waist. 

Available in cream, black, blue, and more, the Motel Rocks Paiva Dress is best paired with simple jewelry and a set of kitten heels. Price-wise, it costs $52.

Who Is Motel Rocks For?

Motel Rocks is catered to those who love affordable, trendy fashion. From cocktail dresses to crop tops, most of their pieces retail below $100. 

This makes it relatively easy to create a cohesive outfit without breaking the bank, which is great for those who accidentally over-spend. I think it’s safe to say that this brand is targeted toward a younger demographic, given its lineup of models.

Motel Rocks Reviews: What Do Customers Think?

Of the hundreds of fast fashion shops on the market, what makes Motel Rocks so special? It seems that customers are quick to point out the differences, as I uncovered a relatively mixed response online.

Unfortunately, the brand does not post comments on its website, so I had to look for Motel Rocks reviews from other sources. Here’s what I found:

Let’s focus on the positives first. Most customers agree that Motel Rocks offers a trendy assortment of clothes to choose from. Others seemed to be satisfied with the quality of their materials, as well as their sizing. 

One user on Influenster wrote: “This is the dress I wore on my birthday from motel rocks and I loved it. It was so comfortable and I felt so confident in it. The material was soft and the design is so trendy.”

I found a few reviews on Sitejabber, most of which are relatively positive.

That said, it’s hard to ignore the negative Motel Rocks reviews online. If anything, I recommend browsing their website with some healthy skepticism, but with all of that in mind, you might just find your next statement piece at Motel Rocks.
