From everything I read, and in most places I checked, people seem to really like this brand and its rugs. There were few complaints about the delivery time, however, in general, there was very little negative feedback at all.

No matter what you’re buying online, you want to make sure the company you’re giving your money to is legit. That’s what this part of my nuLOOM review is for.

While checking out customer feedback, I kept an eye out for any red flags that popped up. The biggest issue I found was about the brand shipping the wrong product. 

In nuLOOM rug reviews, multiple customers also say the colors of certain rugs are different from what’s shown online. Neither of these issues indicates that the brand is illegitimate, just be sure to check your order as soon as it arrives.
