Worst customer service ever. They give you a phone number to call if you have any questions about your order but the number makes you do a survey BEFORE you can even ask your question. I’m not talking about a 1 question survey… This was over 5 questions about my car, my age, insurance ect. Then, you’re given ANOTHER phone number to call because the automated answering person cannot check order status.
Super frustrating. Its the little things like this the drives customers away. Multiple question surveys and 2 phone numbers just to get an order update?? It will be the last time I place an order unless this gets fixed.
