They’ve been featured on quite a few listicles for “Must Have” jewelry pieces. Elle magazine published an article on their website titled ‘35 Jewellery Brands to Bookmark on Instagram’, featuring Zoe Lev’s personalized name necklace. What materials does Zoe Lev use?
Zoe Lev uses a few different materials in their products. Many items feature 14k gold, ethically sourced, natural (non-lab grown) diamonds, and precious stones. They have a small collection of vermeil, gold fill, and sterling silver items as well.
Note that vermeil is a sterling silver that’s been gold-dipped, so it’s important to take proper care as the silver can show through with extended wear.

Purchases can only be tracked within the US if orders are sent with USPS. If you opt for UPS, the order is trackable through its entire journey and will arrive typically faster than USPS (an average of 1–2 weeks).
What is Zoe Lev’s Return Policy?
If you’re unhappy with your Zoe Lev purchase, you can contact them within 10 days of placing your order and request a refund. Note that international orders are all final sale and cannot be returned or refunded!
Items must be returned unworn in their original packaging. If a piece has been exchanged, it can not be returned. Zoe Lev’s return policies are strict and without exception.
Personalized jewellery, customizations, items from their Tennis and Everyday Luxe collection, their Charm Locket collection, their Fortune collection, bead bracelets and all earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
